​How Do I Place An Order?

Just click on the item you have selected, choose options such as length and type of chain for pendants.  Feel free to message me with any questions you may have about specific kreations.

Payment and Shipping

All products ship from northern NJ - Priority Mail - 2-3 days, with tracking. We usually ship in-stock orders out within 3-5 days of ordering,(custom orders take between 2-6 weeks) but message us if you have any specific requests or questions!

If you have any questions or are not satisfied upon receiving your kreation, please contact me directly, as soon as possible (email: kreated4youbykathy@gmail.com). Although we typically don't take returns or exchanges, we want you to love your new jewels and will work with you to find a solution. If something breaks, as jewelry can do sometimes, please contact us and again, we'll work to resolve any issues. Please remember that most Kreated 4 You By Kathy pieces are one-or-two of a kind and are all handcrafted, because of this a piece could vary slightly from the picture listed online.
